JOYCE A WALLACE is a native of New Castle, Pennsylvania and a summa cum laude accounting graduate from Youngstown State University in Ohio. Joyce moved to the Washington area in 1984. She has owned an accounting and tax practice in Silver Spring, Maryland since 1989. Joyce is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Joyce is a Financial Advisor (Series 7 and 65 securities registrations) with Cetera Advisors LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. Joyce is a licensed life/health insurance agent in the State of Maryland and holds a Master's of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX.
